I found the hotel to be clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and always available to assist with any requests. The location offers strategic access to local attractions. I enjoyed the short walk to the market. I also appreciated the free shuttle service , made getting around so easy.
I noticed that the restaurant menu could benefit from a few more options. It felt a bit limited after a few days.

The hotel provides a well-kept pool in the central area. Its clean state ensured a refreshing swim. I also took advantage of the fitness center that has essential equipment for a solid workout. It was a great addition. The option of an evening program directly at the hotel was nice.

Breakfast included a variety of choices, and they frequently changed them. I especially enjoyed the traditional snack corner during breakfast. Unlimited cappuccino and hot Milo are available. This detail really stood out to me.

My room had a decent, efficient mini bar fridge. I appreciated that I could stock it with drinks from a mini market across the road. The room included a kettle and complimentary coffee and teas. There was a television, a clock alarm radio, and efficient air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was excellent and generous.
The traffic to get to and from the hotel was heavy.

The hotel is located a bit away from the city center. A convenient shuttle operates every two hours from 9 AM to 9 PM. This provided easy access to the main areas.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the main strip of shops. This service was especially handy because it is a bit of a walk otherwise.
